Skills Proven experience in early childhood education with strong classroom experience in transitional or preschool settings. Expertise in curriculum development tailored for young learners, including literacy education, math, and social-emotional learning. Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices such as Montessori or other progressive educational approaches. Ability to work effectively with children with autism or special needs through specialized teaching strategies and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with learning technology platforms used in early childhood classrooms for lesson planning and student assessment. Experience in private school environments or similar educational settings is preferred. Skills in tutoring, working with individuals with diverse learning styles, and supporting early intervention initiatives.
