The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching various subjects, including Math and Literacy Education, and will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires effective classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods. The School Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal growth of students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach subjects such as reading and reading intervention. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress. Provide individualized tutoring and mentoring to support diverse learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives. Utilize effective communication skills for public speaking during presentations or parent-teacher meetings. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably with classroom experience.
