These paid roles offer opportunities to inspire young learners, foster their academic growth, and support their social-emotional development. As an elementary teacher, you will create engaging lesson plans, manage dynamic classrooms, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment. This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while advancing your teaching career in a supportive, energetic setting. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in subjects such as literacy education, math, science, social studies, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful, inclusive environment conducive to learning for diverse student populations. Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and informal assessments. Incorporate learning technology tools and resources to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Provide individualized support and tutoring to students needing additional help, including those with special education needs or on the autism spectrum. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, parents, and specialists to support student development and address behavioral or learning challenges. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, childhood development, Montessori methods, or early intervention strategies. Skills Proven classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Experience in lesson planning across multiple subjects including literacy education and math. Knowledge of working with children of varying ages, including early childhood education and childcare settings. Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with autism or other developmental needs. Ability to utilize learning technology platforms for instruction and assessment purposes. Excellent writing skills for documentation, report writing, and parent communication.

From $40,000.00 per year
