Job Summary:
The BDC / Internet Sales Representative is responsible for providing a professional, high-touch experience to all internet and phone customers. This role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure a smooth and informed purchasing experience.
What You'll Do:
Communicate with customers through their preferred method (phone, email, in-person) Respond to internet leads and incoming calls in a timely manner Answer questions about vehicle availability, features, and performance Schedule appointments and test drives for interested buyers Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unsold customers Keep vehicle listings on the website up to date Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals Attend ongoing training to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service
Who You Are:
Energetic, coachable, and motivated to succeed Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus
Skills:
Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
Attributes:
High energy, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and professional attitude
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule & Compensation:
