Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching license for Ohio—Intervention Specialist endorsement required Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Previous experience with middle school-aged students preferred Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide tailored instruction and implement IEP goals for a middle school student in a home environment Engage in ongoing collaboration with parents/guardians and district staff Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Dedicate at least 5 hours per week to support current and evolving student needs
