You will act not only as an educator but as a mentor and role model, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child. Qualifications Montessori credential from a MACTE-accredited training program (Infant/Toddler 0-3 or Early Childhood 3-6) preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Prior classroom experience in a Montessori setting preferred Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills A calm, patient, and empathetic teaching style Ability to work collaboratively and with a growth mindset Passionate about child development and the Montessori philosophy Physically able to meet the demands of an early childhood classroom (bending, sitting on the floor, standing for extended periods, lifting more than 30 lbs) About Cardan Montessori Center Cardan Montessori is a mission-driven school committed to the belief that Montessori is for all.
