Mar 27, 2026 7:05 PM (UTC) Job Description Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient, and creative teacher for a preschool classroom. Applicants should be able to share how they would develop a nurturing and creative program suitable for preschool children. Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant's heart.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members Collaborate with related service providers and staff Maintain compliance with all state licensing and program requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) teaching license in Early Childhood Education Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
