In this vital role, you will design engaging curriculum, implement innovative teaching strategies, and foster a nurturing environment. Your expertise will help bridge language barriers, promote literacy, and cultivate a love for learning Spianist in diverse classroom settings. Little Spanish Bridge is a private full-immersion Spanish studio serving families from babies through adults. Our program follows a multi-age, Montessori-inspired approach with a strong emphasis on academic, emotional, and social development. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Language Teacher to join our team and support the implementation of our established educational program Responsibilities Teach Spanish immersion classes for students ranging from babies to adults. Follow the established curriculum and daily routines of the program. Manage classroom environments effectively by implementing behavior management techniques and classroom management best practices to ensure a safe and positive learning space. Collaborate with team members to ensure program quality and consistency. Maintain consistency in methodology, structure, and positive discipline practices. Foster strong communication skills with families to share progress updates, and provide tutoring support when needed. Qualifications Prior experience in childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Prior experience working with various age groups (babies, children, teens, and/or adults). Fluency in both Spanish and English (required). Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching physical education or tutoring. Knowledge of special education principles, early intervention techniques, literacy education strategies, and Montessori methods is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues across diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality. Positive attitude and passion for education. Passion for childhood development, and creating inclusive learning environments that foster growth and curiosity.
