Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current state certification as a Special Education Teacher Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field Experience designing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Strong understanding of special education laws, best practices, and accommodations Comfortable working collaboratively with general educators, support staff, and families Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet a range of student needs Compassionate, proactive, and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
