Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Make a positive impact by supporting students as a dedicated Special Education Teacher in a school setting. This contract role offers you the opportunity to provide vital instruction and resources for learners with individualized needs, working closely with colleagues and families to create a nurturing, effective learning environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelor's degree in Special Education or closely related field (Master's preferred) Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents, educators, and support staff Experience in classroom management and adapting curriculum to meet diverse needs Familiarity with federal and state regulations for special education Ability to foster inclusive, supportive learning spaces
Key Responsibilities:
