Responsibilities Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development and learning technology tools Deliver dynamic instruction in literacy education, math, science, social studies, and physical education tailored to first-grade students' developmental levels Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing and formative assessments; adjust instruction accordingly Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services, ensuring inclusive classroom practices Mentor and collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and enhance instructional quality Incorporate library services and resources to promote reading skills and foster a love of literature Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or working with children with autism Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators Proven classroom management abilities to maintain an organized and respectful learning environment Expertise in lesson planning across core subjects such as literacy education and math Experience working with children in early childhood settings or private schools preferred Knowledge of teaching physical education and integrating movement into daily lessons Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools for instruction and assessment Ability to adapt teaching strategies for students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or behavioral support Writing skills for documenting student progress and preparing reports for parents and administrators Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
