This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children in elementary school and can create a safe, fun, and structured environment. Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for school-age children that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Provide homework help, organize activities, and encourage positive peer interactions. Safely transport children using a 15-passenger van while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children to build a strong, supportive learning environment. Maintain classroom and program spaces that are safe, clean, and welcoming. Model positive behavior and use effective management strategies to support diverse learning and behavioral needs. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience working with school-age children in a childcare, camp, or educational setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and success. Why Join Us?
