Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and educate students across diverse age groups and learning needs. This dynamic role involves designing engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages growth, curiosity, and confidence. Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and observations; adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with special education teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support personalized learning goals. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques and behavioral management strategies to create a safe learning environment. Incorporate learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance engagement and facilitate effective instruction. Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, fostering their social-emotional development and overall well-being. Skills Proven experience in classroom management and curriculum development across early childhood education, preschool, or private school settings. Strong knowledge of special education practices, including behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and IEP processes. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff. Familiarity with learning technology tools, standardized testing procedures, and instructional design methodologies. Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and developmental stages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in teaching literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education, music therapy, recreational therapy or library services as applicable. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, early intervention programs, behavioral health initiatives, and inclusive education practices.
