Skills Proven experience in classroom management and curriculum development across early childhood education, preschool, or private school settings. Strong knowledge of special education practices, including behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and IEP processes. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff. Familiarity with learning technology tools, standardized testing procedures, and instructional design methodologies. Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and developmental stages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in teaching literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education, music therapy, recreational therapy or library services as applicable. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, early intervention programs, behavioral health initiatives, and inclusive education practices.
