Household & Property Care Specialist (English or Spanish speaker) Oklahoma City Metro Area (Yukon, Edmond & Enid) We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain our home and multiple office locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning, organizing, cooking, and creating orderly, welcoming environments. This role requires traveling between our residence and office locations to provide cleaning, housekeeping, organization, property care, shopping, restocking, and support services. We are seeking someone interested in a stable, long-term position who takes pride in serving others through their work. Location & Travel 1 Primary work area is the Oklahoma City Metro, including Yukon and Edmond 2 Occasional travel to the Enid office location 3 Travel between locations is expected 4 Mileage reimbursement provided for approved work-related travel Responsibilities in the Home 1 Deep cleaning and routine cleaning of living spaces 2 Laundry, folding, ironing, and organization 3 Meal preparation and kitchen support 4 Planning and preparing simple, healthy meals 5 Grocery shopping and household supply runs 6 Organizing closets, pantries, storage rooms, and household spaces 7 Restocking household supplies and maintaining inventory 8 Helping maintain an orderly, welcoming, and functional home environment 9 Running occasional household errands and support tasks Responsibilities in the Office Locations 1 Routine and deep cleaning of multiple office locations 2 Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing workspaces 3 Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, conference rooms, and common areas 4 Organizing supply closets, storage areas, and workspaces 5 Restocking office supplies, breakroom items, and cleaning products 6 Shopping for office supplies and materials as needed 7 Running occasional business-related errands 8 Helping maintain professional and welcoming office environments 9 Assisting with general facility organization and upkeep What We're Looking For 1 Integrity and honesty 2 Reliability and consistency 3 Trustworthiness 4 Discretion and confidentiality 5 Hardworking and self-motivated 6 Strong attention to detail 7 Organized and proactive 8 Positive, service-minded attitude 9 Professionalism and punctuality 10 Ability to work independently 11 Respect for others' homes, property, and privacy 12 General cooking knowledge and basic meal preparation skills 13 Ability to follow recipes and prepare simple, healthy meals Trust & Confidentiality 1 Background check required 2 Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement required 3 Must maintain the privacy of family, business, and client information 4 Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times 5 Must respect personal property, sensitive information, and private spaces Requirements 1 Valid driver's license 2 Reliable transportation 3 Ability to travel between multiple locations 4 Ability to perform physical cleaning, lifting, and organizational tasks Hours & Compensation 1 $12-$15 per hour based on experience, reliability, and fit 2 32-40 hours per week 3 Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel 4 Flexible schedule available 5 Long-term opportunity with a growing local business and family 6 Performance and compensation reviews may be provided based on reliability, quality of work, and tenure
