Are you looking for a rewarding position that allows you to work directly with children and adolescents in a one-on-one setting? Sayegh Pediatric Therapy Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Instructional Assistants to support students enrolled in cyber charter schools throughout Cambria and Blair Counties . Unlike a traditional classroom setting, our Instructional Assistants provide individualized educational support in the student's home environment, helping students stay engaged, organized, and successful with their online learning programs. What You'll Do Provide in-person educational support to students in grades K-12 enrolled in cyber charter schools Assist students with daily online coursework and assignments Encourage participation, focus, organization, and time-management skills Support implementation of educational plans and accommodations Communicate with teachers, parents, and educational teams as needed Document student progress and attendance Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Why Candidates Love This Position Competitive pay - $33.00 per hour Full-time opportunities available School-day schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays off Meaningful one-on-one work with students Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's educational success Qualifications Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant educational experience preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, special education students, or educational programs preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and professionally in home-based settings Reliable transportation required Required Clearances and Documentation Candidates must obtain and maintain: Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance FBI Fingerprint Clearance Act 168 Employment History Review Current TB Test Current Physical Examination Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ideal Candidates Include Former teachers Paraprofessionals Teacher aides Behavioral health workers Educational assistants College graduates seeking meaningful school-based work Individuals returning to the workforce who have experience working with children About Us For more than 20 years, Sayegh Pediatric Therapy Services has partnered with schools, cyber schools, and families across Pennsylvania to provide high-quality educational and therapeutic support services.
