Job Description

We're seeking a nurturing and passionate K4+ Classroom Teacher to help build a strong educational foundation for young learners at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll create engaging learning experiences that support each child's academic, social, and emotional growth while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Creating engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and exploration Building a safe, nurturing classroom environment where students feel valued and supported Differentiating instruction to meet the unique developmental needs of every child Fostering positive behavior, collaboration, and social-emotional growth Partnering with families and colleagues to support student success and smooth educational transitions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education K-4 Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification
