Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding non-medical homecare company and have been in the industry for over 20 years and currently have operations in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Georgia, Missouri and New Jersey.

As the company continues to expand within the country, we are looking to hire a Compliance Specialist in our Philadelphia Metro area office. This position will play a key role in assisting, supporting and improving the effectiveness of our compliance team. We are dedicated to providing quality home care services that empower individuals to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our compassionate caregivers understand the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive respectful and personalized care. Responsibilities Assist director of compliance with implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure caregiver adherence to regulations. Serve as a point of contact to onboard new caregivers, assist with processing new applications employees, conducting interviews and information gathering. Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with applicable laws and standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA. Collaborate with management to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely updates to company policies. Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters. Prepare reports for management regarding compliance status and areas for improvement. You might be the right person if you: Have strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate raw data into meaningful insights. Are able to spot trends or anomalies in data without a checklist or without being told what to look for Have excellent focus and high level of attention to detail Are passionate about delivering excellent quality and service to our clients Are a team player who works well within a collaborative environment Have an inquisitive mind and willingness to learn new areas of reporting.
Job requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in working in compliance in home care. Familiarity with HHA eXchange is highly preferred. Capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding service, particularly to our caregivers. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain a professional demeanor in various circumstances. We look forward to hearing from you!
