Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Special Education Teachers play a vital role in empowering students to reach their full potential. This contract assignment focuses on providing instruction and support to students across various grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. The ideal educator will be passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment and dedicated to tailored instruction that meets each student's unique needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with students in K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 settings Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs Strong communication skills for collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of classroom management strategies and assistive technologies Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional techniques
Key Responsibilities:
