  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dependable Lead Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team in our PRESCHOOL and TODDLER classrooms.

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key leader in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your expertise will guide classroom activities, develop innovative curricula, and support fellow educators to ensure every child's developmental needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering a collaborative and inspiring classroom community. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards. Develop and implement comprehensive curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful environment. Mentor and support teaching staff by providing guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and child development best practices. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and foster strong home-school connections. Oversee compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety protocols, and early childhood education standards. Incorporate specialized approaches such as Montessori or other pedagogies to enhance learning experiences for diverse learners, including children with special needs or in early intervention programs. Requirements Must have a Bachelor's Degree in education or early childhood education or related field. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and literacy education techniques. Experience with curriculum development tailored for toddlers, preschoolers, or early learners in private school or daycare environments. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young children. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Background in special education or experience working with children with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
