YOUR JOB
As a Foster Care Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring children placed in foster care experience safe, stable, and supportive homes. You will partner closely with foster families, children, and service teams to monitor placements, provide guidance and training to caregivers, and advocate for each child's well-being. Through relationship-building, clinical insight, and consistent support, you help foster families succeed while ensuring children receive the care, structure, and encouragement they need to grow and heal.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (state-specific requirements apply)
Experience:
Experience working with children and families, preferably in foster care or child welfare
Skills:
Strong relationship-building, assessment, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet state training and certification requirements
