Enhanced Autism Support Professional (Bachelors Required) — Ridley, PA (1PM8PM)

Job Description:

Inspire Home and Health is seeking Enhanced-Level Autism Support Professionals to support an adult with autism and complex behavioral needs in the Ridley, PA area. This role is designed for high-level staff only — individuals with strong clinical or behavioral backgrounds who are confident supporting emotional regulation, redirection, and structured community engagement. This is not a traditional DSP role. This is 1:1, community-based support requiring strong judgment, consistency, and professionalism. Required Qualifications (Must Have): Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Psychology Counseling Social Work Special Education Nursing Experience working with individuals with autism and/or behavioral needs Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to work independently in the community Strong communication and documentation skills Highly Preferred /

Enhanced-Level Credentials:

NADD Certification (Level 1 or 2) Dual Diagnosis experience (ID/Autism + Mental Health) RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) ABA experience Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) background Experience with de-escalation and behavior intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

Support community engagement and structured daily routines Provide behavioral support and redirection Assist with independence and life skills development Maintain a calm, consistent, and structured environment Transport individual to community activities Complete daily documentation

Days Per Week Available Consistent, Guaranteed Hours Pay:
