Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Gifted Intervention Specialist position(s) available at Olentangy Meadows Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. This position provides instruction directly to gifted students and/or in collaboration with classroom teachers for the majority of the work day. In addition, this provides time for consultation services for building staff members. Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure (i.e., Gifted Intervention Specialist) or each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Employment status: Certified, 185-day employment contract Qualifications for the position include: Valid and appropriate Ohio teaching certificate/license Valid gifted intervention specialist license Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university Alternative to the above qualifications as Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate Internal candidates (currently employed by Olentangy Schools) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking (SchoolSpring).
