As a pivotal support for K-12 learners, you'll provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs outlined in students' IEPs. This contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule—just 1 to 1.5 hours per day from Tuesday through Friday—allowing for both flexibility and focus in your work with students. Your role will center on delivering individualized educational support, fostering communication, and helping students develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially. You'll become an essential advocate and educator, working onsite and collaborating with other dedicated professionals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid DHH Educator certification required Experience supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, ideally in K-12 settings Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage, motivate, and build rapport with individual students Familiarity with best practices and assistive technologies for DHH education

Key Responsibilities:
