We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Healthcare Marketing Research Analyst & Marketing Specialist to support business growth initiatives, patient outreach, and healthcare marketing operations. Position Summary The Healthcare Marketing Research Analyst & Marketing Specialist will lead market research, strategic marketing initiatives, patient engagement campaigns, and business development activities to strengthen the pharmacy's market presence and support organizational growth objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, and the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies within a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the pharmacy's marketing strategy, including quarterly growth objectives for prescription volume, clinical services, and community outreach initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze local healthcare trends, demographic data, insurance coverage patterns, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Evaluate marketing campaign performance through data analysis, reporting, and post-campaign assessments to improve future marketing effectiveness. Manage and optimize the pharmacy's digital presence, including website content, Google Business profile, online reputation management, and social media engagement. Coordinate healthcare marketing initiatives related to immunizations, medication therapy management, specialty medications, adherence programs, and patient education services. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and external marketing vendors to support outreach and promotional activities. Conduct in-person presentations and outreach visits to physician offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities to educate providers regarding pharmacy services and patient support programs. Develop patient-facing marketing materials that comply with HIPAA regulations and healthcare advertising standards. Monitor patient feedback and online review platforms to identify opportunities for service improvement and brand enhancement. Assist leadership with marketing budget management, expenditure tracking, and strategic planning recommendations. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in marketing analysis, market research, healthcare marketing, digital marketing analytics, business strategy, or related field preferred. Candidate must possess strong analytical, communication, research, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to independently evaluate market trends, develop marketing initiatives, and support business growth objectives within a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
