Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities or special education needs, ensuring inclusive classroom management and behavior support. Plan engaging lessons in core subjects such as literacy education, math, science, and social studies while integrating technology to enhance learning experiences. Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and regular feedback sessions; adjust instruction accordingly. Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts and support skill development in areas like writing skills and childhood development. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student performance, behavior management strategies, and communication logs for compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven classroom experience or extensive homeschooling experience with children across various age groups. Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles, lesson planning techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technology tools, and digital resources for remote instruction. Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs; understanding of behavior management techniques. Background in childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, or caregivers; ability to motivate and engage students remotely. Private school experience or Montessori methodology knowledge is a plus; certification in special education or childhood education is preferred.
