Our comprehensive services include on-site laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology, ensuring prompt and efficient healthcare delivery. Job Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to grow the presence of three healthcare brands — Life Savers Emergency Room (LSER), Sugar Land Emergency Room (SLER), and Houston Injury & Wellness Clinic (HIWC). This is a hybrid role for someone who is equal parts content creator and community marketer: you'll produce standout creative content (social, video, podcast) while building relationships with physicians, urgent cares, businesses, and attorneys to drive referrals and patient volume. Working under the Director of Marketing, you'll need a strong creative background and the flexibility to travel to all our Houston and Sugar Land locations as needed. Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Produce high-quality original content across formats — social posts, short-form video/reels, and podcast episodes — for LSER, SLER, and HIWC Community Outreach & Business Development Conduct weekly outreach visits to referring providers and local businesses (minimum 15 per day) Identify and develop partnership opportunities; establish new accounts and maintain strong relationships Participate in physician clinic visits, Chamber of Commerce events, and community partnership building Take ownership of a designated territory to grow exposure, referrals, and community influence Represent the brands at a minimum of one sponsored or partnered event per month Conduct market research to tailor marketing approaches Plan, coordinate, and execute grassroots campaigns and community events Serve as a liaison between marketing and internal teams (front desk, management, social media staff) Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to increase patient volume and awareness Compliance Ensure all activities comply with healthcare marketing standards and brand guidelines Manage all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok where applicable): create, schedule, and publish on-brand content Develop and run monthly content calendars for each brand Plan, record, and edit podcast and video content, coordinating guests, scripts, and production Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online community Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations Collaborate on the design and production of print materials (brochures, flyers, business cards, promotional items) Support public image through media outreach, editorial campaigns, press releases, and local publication partnerships Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, with a strong content creation background (a portfolio is a plus) Hands-on experience producing podcast and/or video content — recording, editing, and publishing Creative storytelling, copywriting, and visual content skills In-depth knowledge of direct marketing, branding, and public relations Solid understanding of the medical/healthcare industry (healthcare marketing experience preferred) Excellent organization and time management for handling multiple brands Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Ability to maintain a professional, consistent brand voice Ability and willingness to travel to all Houston and Sugar Land locations as needed Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
