2026-2027 We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Intervention Specialist to provide virtual instruction, case management, and support services to high school students with disabilities. The successful candidate will develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with families and educational staff, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Appropriate licensure for grades 9-12 or applicable grade-band coverage. Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education compliance. Strong communication, organization, and technology skills. Prior online teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction in a virtual environment. Manage caseloads and facilitate IEP meetings. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
