This role is designed to prioritize instructional quality, regulatory compliance, and team support. Your focus is on oversight, coaching, and program integrity - not billable targets or productivity metrics. Strategic Caseload Oversight (5 - 8 Students): You will develop and implement individualized IEPs for students, focusing on their unique needs. The "Clean Break"Schedule:

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Master's preferred. Teaching license preferred. Current Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification in Colorado). 1+ years of related special education teaching experience. ABA/severe behavior experience preferred. Experience with center-based special education setting (either classroom or center). A desire to work within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to pass local, state, and federal background checks. TB test and occupational physical (covered by The Company). Ability to reliably commute to our Arvada facility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. About Us:
Evoke Behavioral Health is a licensed Day Treatment Program providing year-round specialized educational and therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025, we opened the doors to our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Arvada, CO, complete with two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room—all designed to enhance client care and staff experience. Evoke Behavioral Health is a locally owned organization. We have expanded our services to include children from Pre-K through 12th grade (previously ages 8-18) and are currently hiring a Special Education Coordinator to support our Academic team in our new growth. This is a center-based position and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, Special Education Teachers, RBTs, Educational Assistants, Mental Health Assistants, and a large number of graduate students working across our departments. In addition to our comprehensive clinical team, we have on-site administrative, human resources, and maintenance support to ensure a safe and effective work environment.Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Special Education Teacher to support special education services within our center-based program serving students ages 5-21 with complex academic and behavioral needs. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality instruction, IEP compliance, and strong team development in a structured and supportive environment. The Special Education Teacher will collaborate closely with the SPED Coordinator, SPED Director, BCBAs, Mental Health providers, speech/language pathologists, and educational staff to oversee IEP implementation, support instructional practices, ensure documentation accuracy, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration across programs.Job Type:
