As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning. What You'll Be Doing Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 Delivering pre-set lesson materials provided by teaching staff Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students with their learning and engagement Developing the skills needed for a future teaching career Who We're Looking For This role would suit individuals who: Are considering a PGCE, Schools Direct, or teacher training programme Hold a degree or are currently studying towards one Have experience working with young people through tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or volunteering Possess strong communication and leadership skills Are confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic No previous teaching qualification is required.
