Qualifications:
Special Education Teacher certification (state credentials required or ability to obtain) Experience working with students with autism in a classroom setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort leading and collaborating with a team of paraprofessionals Enthusiasm for embracing new environments and workplace practicesResponsibilities:
Lead instruction for a self-contained classroom of up to 10 students Develop and implement adaptive lesson plans Foster supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces Coordinate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and support staff Track and document student progress, communicating with families and stakeholdersBenefits:
