Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract A middle school Inclusion teacher position is available within a school setting located in Warwick, RI. This full-time contract role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive classroom environment.
Key Qualifications:
Experience as a Special Education Teacher Strong understanding of inclusion strategies and differentiated instruction Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff Commitment to fostering an equitable learning environment for all students
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction and support to students with special education needs in a middle school inclusion setting Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines and state regulations Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and assessment strategies Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with families and support personnel Participate in professional development and team meetings to enhance instructional practices
Location:
Upper campus in Warren, RI, serving students from the Warwick area
