Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to join a school district's team for the remainder of 2025-2026 school year, and upcoming 2026-2027 school year in the Greenwood, South Carolina area . All applicants must be licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of South Carolina, as well as, hold or be eligible to obtain an SC Educator Certificate. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Provide instruction in a variety of subjects while adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support students' educational and emotional development. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:
