Openings are available for Resource Teachers, Core Replacement Teachers, and a Moderate-Severe Needs Teacher, all working closely with grades K-5th. What you bring:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (required) Proven experience developing and implementing IEPs Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support professionals Dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment Resourcefulness and adaptability in classroom management Commitment to supporting students with diverse academic and behavioral needs Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges Your responsibilities: Provide individualized and small group instruction to students in K-5th Assess learning needs and progress; adjust teaching strategies as needed Prepare, implement, and maintain IEPs in compliance with all regulations Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive educational experience Engage in regular communication with parents or guardians Maintain accurate records and documentation Contribute actively to faculty meetings and ongoing professional development This contract position offers a rewarding full-time schedule (40 hours per week), professional growth, and the chance to cultivate valuable experience in a vibrant educational setting.
