4K Lead Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic 4K Lead Teacher to inspire young learners in our early childhood education program. Your role will involve designing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and collaborating with families and staff to support each child's growth. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive 4K curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Lead classroom activities focused on early intervention strategies, behavior management, and child welfare to ensure a safe and inclusive environment. Manage daily classroom operations including lesson planning, classroom management, and maintaining an organized learning space conducive to toddler care and preschool experience. Collaborate with colleagues to design individualized learning plans tailored to children's developmental needs and special education requirements. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to early childhood education or daycare services. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides, providing guidance on best practices in childhood development and classroom management. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional strategies. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education methods. Experience with Montessori principles, teaching physical education, tutoring, and implementing standardized testing is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that promote childhood development across cognitive, social-emotional, and physical domains. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus.
