Lead 2-year-old Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead 2-year-old Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners during a critical stage of their development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and foundational math skills for 2-year-olds. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, particularly with toddlers aged 2 years old. Knowledge of childhood development theories, special education practices, early intervention strategies, and literacy education methods. Prior experience in preschool or daycare environments; private school experience is a plus.
