Your expertise will help shape competent, compassionate nurses ready to excel in diverse clinical environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the next generation of healthcare providers while working within a collaborative, innovative academic setting. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging nursing curricula aligned with current industry standards and accreditation requirements Facilitate classroom instruction, practical skills labs, and clinical simulations for nursing students at different levels of education Supervise and mentor students during clinical placements in hospitals, clinics, and community health settings Skills Proven supervising experience in clinical or educational settings within healthcare or higher education institutions Experience working in teaching hospitals or medical training environments with a focus on patient care delivery Familiarity with curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education principles Expertise in nursing specialties such as critical care, ICU, pediatrics, primary care, acute care, senior care, or hospital experience Ability to communicate complex medical terminology clearly to students from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated skills in nursing administration, nurse management, and documentation review processes Hands-on experience with procedures like phlebotomy and developing care plans for various patient populations Knowledge of research methodologies relevant to nursing education and practice improvement Strong classroom experience combined with working with students in clinical settings to foster learning and professional growth
