Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support K-5 learners Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions At Phaxis Education, we know your work changes lives.
