Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Nursery Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. This vital role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. As a Nursery Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and physical development through innovative teaching methods and compassionate care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the bright futures of our youngest students. Duties Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs. Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth among preschool-aged children. Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, positive behavior management, and smooth daily routines. Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention. Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods to foster well-rounded development. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student progress, standardized testing results, and lesson planning documentation. Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners. Proficiency in curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy education, math, and physical education. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management strategies to create inclusive learning environments. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Ability to implement Montessori or other child-centered teaching philosophies that promote independence and curiosity. Experience with classroom experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; certification in early childhood education is highly desirable.
