Essential Qualifications:

• Current and valid South Dakota Special Education K-12 license
• Experience working with junior high or middle school students preferred
• Demonstrated ability with both push-in and pull-out service models
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students In this role, you will:
• Support a caseload of approximately 12-15 students, providing individualized and small group instruction
• Implement IEPs, track student progress, and communicate results to parents and staff
• Collaborate closely with general educators and related service providers for inclusive classroom solutions
• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to unique learning styles
• Guide students in developing social, behavioral, and academic skills in both push-in and pull-out settings
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation Your weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, totaling 37.

5 hours, allowing for a consistent work-life pattern.
