Job Description

Childcare Specialist We're looking for a kind, compassionate, and dependable Childcare Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with children, works well with others, and helps create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, high‑quality care to children. Assist with daily routines, activities, and classroom organization. Support emotional, social, and developmental growth. Work collaboratively with other staff members and communicate effectively with families. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Genuine love for children Kind, patient, and compassionate personality Strong teamwork skills Reliable and hardworking Childcare experience preferred; will train the right candidate
