SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS

Base salary for teachers the 2026-27 school year is $45,007 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.) Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave. Two (2) days personal leave per year. Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance offered.
