Position Details Salary:

$36,000+ base + quarterly bonuses

Beaumont, TX What You'll Do (We'll Teach You!) This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, and staying organized: 📅 Staffing & Scheduling Coordinate caregiver schedules and patient coverage Help ensure every patient receives the care they need 👩‍⚕️ Support & Train Caregivers Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Be a go-to support person for caregivers in the field 📞 Problem Solving in Real Time Help fill shifts for call-outs or schedule changes Support patients and staff with quick, thoughtful solutions 📊 Operations & Coordination Help manage caseloads and support efficient scheduling Learn how healthcare operations run behind the scenes 🚗 Field Support (Occasional) Deliver supplies/equipment when needed (mileage reimbursed) 📲 On-Call Rotation (Paid!)
