Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various settings, including preschool and daycare environments. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the development of each child's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The Teacher will be responsible for implementing curriculum, managing behavior, and supporting the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education services. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special education requirements. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social growth among children. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior. Skills Strong understanding of preschool education principles and practices. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners. Experience in curriculum development tailored to various age groups. Familiarity with standardized testing protocols and assessment strategies. Ability to educate children effectively in both group settings and one-on-one interactions. Knowledge of toddler care practices and developmental milestones. Experience working in private school settings is a plus. Compassionate approach towards teaching with a focus on nurturing young minds.
