We are looking for a dedicated andpassionate Special Education Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the educational programs and services for students with special needs. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the support and resources they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special education laws and practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs. As a Special Education Case Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), monitoring student progress, and advocating for the needs of students with disabilities. This position requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigateplex situations with empathy and professionalism. Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Strong knowledge of special education laws, including IDEA and Section 504. Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities. Proficiency in using technology for documentation andmunication.Salary Range:
