In this dynamic role, you will create engaging lessons, foster a positive classroom environment, and implement individualized education strategies to promote academic growth and social development. Your expertise will help students reach their full potential through innovative teaching methods, compassionate mentorship, and effective communication. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet the unique needs of each student Implement instructional strategies that incorporate learning technology, multimedia resources, and hands-on activities to enhance engagement Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing, formative assessments, and progress reports; adjust teaching approaches accordingly Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities or special needs Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques, behavioral therapy strategies, and effective classroom management practices Provide specialized instruction in areas such as speech therapy, literacy education, math, early childhood education, or visually impaired education as required Support students' social-emotional development through mentoring, recreational therapy activities, and behavioral health initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or specialized training in special education or early childhood development preferred Proven classroom experience in diverse educational settings, including private schools or early intervention programs Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design principles Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other disabilities; familiarity with IEP processes is essential Proficiency in learning technology tools, standardized testing methods, and literacy/math instruction techniques Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and support teams Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and foster an inclusive learning environment Join us in shaping bright futures!
