Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful learning environment. Support children's emotional well-being by fostering social interactions, encouraging cooperation, and promoting child welfare practices. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists—such as special education professionals—to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs or requiring early intervention. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, lesson plans, and behavioral observations to support ongoing student development. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Expertise in curriculum development across core subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or private schools with a focus on toddler care and early intervention programs. Proven classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while maintaining discipline. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or requiring additional support through individualized strategies. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to assess student progress accurately. Knowledge of behavior management techniques that promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation. Experience in preschool or Montessori environments is highly desirable to enhance instructional approaches.
