Support children's welfare by ensuring proper childcare practices and adhering to health and safety regulations in daycare or preschool settings. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies including Montessori approaches. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschoolers with an emphasis on literacy education, math skills, and physical activity. Proven classroom management skills to maintain an organized, respectful learning environment. Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers requiring specialized care or early intervention services. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques suitable for preschool-aged children.
