Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Part-Time After-School Teacher Our learning center is looking for a dedicated, patient, and caring After-School Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive environment Supervising and engaging with children in a safe environment Assisting with homework and learning activities Planning fun and educational activities Maintaining a clean and organized classroom Helping with school pick-ups and safely transporting children (always accompanied by another staff member) Communicating with staff and parents as needed Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized attention Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging curriculums that align with early childhood education standards Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as learning centers or daycare is highly desirable but not required. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; training can be provided Experience working with children who have special needs or require additional support is a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Part-time Monday-Friday Requirements:
