Your day runs from 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing you with predictable hours as you make a meaningful impact on young learners.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Texas Educator License with EC-6 Special Education and Core/Generalist Endorsements (Required) Proven experience with Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) processes; confident participating in and contributing to ARD meetings Background teaching special education, ideally in resource settings with elementary-grade math Eagerness to foster an inclusive, respectful classroom culture and follow school dress code standards (including professional attire, discreet piercing and tattoo guidelines, and single-color hair) Commitment to supporting both academic and behavioral growth for diverse learners

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, individualized instruction in math for EC-6 special education students Collaborate closely with general education teachers, administration, and support staff Prepare and contribute to ARD meetings, implement IEPs, and track student progress Maintain effective classroom management and cultivate a positive, equitable environment
