Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful contract role serving students in dynamic classroom settings starting July 21, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Openings are available across three distinct classroom settings: Behavioral, Special Education, and General Education (Math), offering the opportunity to leverage your unique experience and credentials.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification required For Math General Education position: Both Special Education and Math credentials are needed Prior experience effectively supporting students with diverse needs preferred Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills, especially for behavioral classroom Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators Excellent communication skills and adaptability in varied classroom contexts
Key Responsibilities:
